Ok, so I'm not getting the jist.

They can use human tissue, along with mouse cells and create a living jacket?

Whats the point?

the point is a victimless leather. They won't have to kill anything in order to make leather garments

the interesting part is the comments they get from people who question the ethics of using cells that are less alive than a plant to grow a jacket, but these same people have no problem with slaughtering a cow to use its skin for a similar jacket :S
