Water
98% fat free turkey on whole wheat bread
celery with hummus

I've been thinking about trying to make my own hummus, I guess it's super easy. I'm just worried about texture and stuff. But you never know til you try, right?

Go for it, shouldn't be hard. I used to make my own pesto (which is nothing like Hummus, but whatever).

Luckily there's no cooking involved! A friend gave me a recipe and all you really have to do is blast some canned chickpeas, oil and a bit of water in the food processor til you get the right consistency. I'd add either some garlic or jalapenos personally but you can add sesame paste if you want to go "traditional". I buy the pre-made stuff once in a while but this sounds WAY cheaper for a lot more.

Me too, this is the only thing preventing me from making it right now. I got one for Xmas from mother-in-law and broke it the first time I plugged it in. She said she would replace it because it was supposed to be for making baby food but that never happened and he's eating table food now so it's no longer necessary. I still really want one though, damnit!!
