If your wife knows about wrestling you are expected to beat her.

This is a Weird Story - JCW - 07-16-2010

Whenever you think you're tough enough. Obviously you've never heard of the wrestling move aptly named "The Testicular Claw".

This is a Weird Story - JCW - 07-16-2010

I know 8 knows what's up with the Testicular Claw. He just prefers to do it on himself.

8's ass was the last remaining hope to cap the well if this latest one couldn't handle the pressure.

Update:

The mayor's house had been the subject of foreclosure 2 times in the past year. Both times she managed to avoid the foreclosure.

The mayor was also being investigated by a city attorney that was looking into unusual expenses the mayor had charged to the city without providing receipts. She had been requested to provide receipts for those charges.

The mayor's daughter never enrolled at the University of Texas, never applied at UT, and was not planning to go to orientation or to school there. Even though she had been telling her friends for months that she was going. She had even posted on her Facebook a few days before the murder that once again her orientation for UT had been delayed for medical reasons.

How do you think King Kong Bundy fits into this equation?

Confusedcratch:

This is a Weird Story - Flumper Barflusterbutt - 07-18-2010

Okay, its getting weirder. Here's the update:

1. The mayor of Cedar Hill (male) loaned her the gun she used. He said she asked to borrow it because she wanted to take a gun safety class. He even took her to a gun range and showed her how to shoot it.

2. One of the charges the city was investigating on her expenses was a $1600 car rental from a dallas area rental company. Now, you might wonder, why would a lady mayor need to rent a car for $1600 when she is already in huge financial debt? You are not going to believe this. She gave the car to her daughter and told her it was her high school graduation present. The daughter thought her mom had bought it.

3. Now, the daughter really thought she was enrolled at UT. The mom had lied to her and told her she was accepted. In fact, the morning the daughter was murdered, some friends saw the daughter outside packing her car to leave for freshman orientation. It was about the third orientation that she had tried to go to. She had to cancel the first two. You know why?

4. The mom told her that she (the mom) had cancer. And needed her to stay home.

5. They also think there was a days difference in when the daughter was shot and the mom was shot. In other words, the mom killed the daughter and it took her a whole day to get the nerve up to kill herself.

6. The mom also had a note (handwritten) by her body that said DNR under any circumstances. And it was signed. So legally, no matter what condition she was in when first responders found her, they couldn't try to resuscitate her.

So, it sounds like the mom surprise murdered the daughter.

Wow. What a bizarre and sad story.

This is a Weird Story - Flumper Barflusterbutt - 07-18-2010

I just wonder what kind of relationship the mom and daughter had. I suspect that the daughter grew up very spoiled by her dad. Always got the best of everything. Then when he died, with no insurance, the mom couldn't earn enough to maintain the lifestyle. But she was probably clueless on how much things cost until she found herself the primary income provider.

And the daughter probably reminded the mom everyday. "Dad used to let me get this. Dad never told me we coudln't afford that. Dad did this. Dad did that."

And it drove the mom crazy trying to keep the daughter happy and living up to the expectations. And it mounted and mounted until she felt backed into the corner.

There had to be some hate involved between the mom and daughter. No mom could just kill her daughter to avoid looking like a financial failure.

if the DNR wasn't witnessed, they prolly would have "R'd" her.

I guess it's too bad the Mayors Mom didn't die and leave her a fortune.

Yeah, not sure on the DNR. She left 4 notes at the house before she died. Three of them typed, but the DNR was written in hand and signed in hand. They said it was to make it legal.

This is a Weird Story - Flumper Barflusterbutt - 07-19-2010

one note was typed and taped to the front door with a key to the front door. It said:

"To the first responder, Sorry for what you are about to see......."

Would have been funny if a neighbor saw her taping that to the door and went over and read it right after she shut the door. Then came in to see wtf was going on.

This is a Weird Story - IBHUNG - 07-19-2010

DNR requests are "requests". And they're "managed" by the State. So I guess it could be different than what we deal with here.

As a first responder, if there's question about the validity of "request", we act on the side "life" and let the family, hospital and courts deal with the rest

she's an idiot. FR's are trained and deal with the "sight" daily. What's more bothersome is the situation of murdering your daughter.

is suicide covered by Life insurance in Texas? Many states it is.

yeah, i would imagine that if she had been still "alive" when they found her, they would have probably done something.

Man, that lady had to have been planning this out for a long time.

Can you even imagine renting a fucking car and giving it to your daughter and telling her its her graduation present?

This is a Weird Story - IBHUNG - 07-19-2010

I was waiting for a response on my previous question, regarding Insurance, suicide and Texas.

It seems she's pretty selfish...And even more so if insurance is required to pay on suicides. It seems her life was fucked up by her own doings, she could have let her daughter go to orientation, killed herself while she was gone, and left a note explaining the whole big web she weaved. But since I didn't get a reply, it would be hard for me to make such a statement.

I don't think you read the whole story. There wasn't going to be any orientation. The daughter thought she was going to UT this fall, but the mom made the whole thing up. She wasn't enrolled at UT and had never even applied to UT.
