MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - Devious - 09-16-2004

You are driving down the road in your car on a wild, stormy night, when
you pass a bus stop and you see three people waiting for the bus:

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

2. An old friend who once saved your life.

3. The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.
Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could
only be one passenger in your car?

This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a
job application.

You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you
should save her first. Or you could take the old friend because he once
saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back.
However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again.

What would you do?

Keep on driving .....

Since they are all wet and would ruin the seat.......

MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - Tribal Dragon - 09-16-2004

Get out, have the friend take the old lady to the hospital, and cum on the chicks face. :op:

^^^^^ Exact same thing I was going to say.

MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - leucetios - 09-16-2004

If the old lady is about to die, then I wouldn't pick her up. a) I don't know her, and B) she is about to die. What good is getting her out of the rain so she could die in the car?

I had written this all out thinking, If the weather isn't so bad that the buses aren't running, then I don't mind leaving my friend in the rain, and I could take the chick. But then I stopped and thought about what I would do if this happened, and not if I was sitting at a desk rationalizing it. And that is: I would probably pick my friend, any friend. Even one who hadn't saved my life <--- I consider that part irrelevant.

MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - TomFoolery - 09-16-2004

Depends on if the chick is hot. If not, I'd leave her there and settle for someone less than perfect. However, my "perfect mate" would give me road head until we reached our destination, and chicks can be ugly but still give good head...

If the friend that saved my life is a hot woman, I'd pick her up. If not, fuck you--have fun catching pneumonia.

I'll wait for some more responses before giving out the right response.

If it's a moral question how can there be a "right" answer?

MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - leucetios - 09-16-2004

I think he means "the answer they were looking for" in the job application. The answer that says something like "this person is a loyal and good hearted employee who won't embezel from us and bone the janitor on the copy machine"

Something like that.

I don't think I'd like working for that company.

I don't think they would hire any of us anyway

Two reasons I have no business in this thread
#1 MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA
#2 Something to make your brain work

MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - Beaucephus - 09-16-2004

While thinking about it I would probably wander right in the direction of all of them and take them all out in a sudden swerve by accident. Thus, they would all be dead and it really wouldn't matter.

Tom only works places where he can bang the janitor on the copy machine.

Give the friend my car to take the old woman to the hospital, leaving me free and alone to bang the girl at the bus stop.

MORAL ETHICAL DILEMMA - Devious - 09-17-2004

The correct answer that got her the job was...................................................

I would give the car keys to my
old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind
and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams.
