1. I stated the problem. Tom wasn't going to be here so someone needed to step up.
2. Invent Preliminary Hypotheses. If I step up, the board will move smoothly and everyone will be happy... (except bdic).
3. Collect Additional Information. After confering with a few ITers I decided that I should be able to step up if even for a day. Basically I needed to come up with 5 - 10 $$$ threads.
