Dude, it's not as easy as you think.
I just ripped the old green felt off of mine, and I saw the process.
I want to go with a deep red felt for mine.
Once you rip it off like I did, you're committed to it.

depends on your decor...blue is nice, elegant...even red ...
green is your typical bar/game room...if you can make the shots on the blue i say keep it...

Bill would not be doing it himself. Yeah it's a little formal but I figured I'd be keeping it for a while and who knows where it'll end up. figured it's better to look out of place in my basement bar then in my den. the Blue is very kewl, just not typical.
