Let me redo post #7 for you with more words this time so that you understand better.

The IP address that you have which supposedly belongs to Wong is not Wongs IP address. I processed the IP address myself, and found that it is not a proxy, and in fact a real, physical IP address from the continental USA.

Wong lives across the Pacific Ocean. Here is a picture for you to better understand since you seem to not understand the idea of someone living across an ocean:



Do I need to label the continents for you to show you where North America and Asia are? Or can you handle it yourself? Doofus.

you are a little bit young and inexperimented, large blocks of IP's were bought in the beginning of the TCP/IP protocol, the IP may still be registered in some company "in continental usa" but leased to some provider in the pacific coast.
The IP address resgistration info don't really count so; you have to watch carefully a few traceroutes to spot a few routers on the way. Tracing back to the prey you verify that's it's heading in the right direction.

But I suppose that your Hax0r tool doesn't have that function.
