He just said that Switzerland is the No1 pot smoking country in Europe.

I missed that specific show, but it was in the serie where he was insulting the whole world so he could see who is seeing him because nbc didn't wanted to tell him (looks like average reaction by IT user :d ).

What I didn't understand is the finnish flag behind... mmh
