Shit, you can still go over there and get one. They are fairly common in Pusan and Chinhae. I would recommend you take a plane, as the 2 week transit by submarine that I had is a bit grueling.

Ha, you were a seaman! I was in Korea, too. Up by the DMZ though (Uijongbu). I was Army, so I worked for a living.
