is it wrong to flirt with a coworker at work that you think is really hot, even if he's married.

and what if the guy, flirts with you, actually instigates most conversations, topics, emails etc....

and what if he keeps telling you that you have to come out to hang with him and his buddies, and when you ask about hooking up with any of them, he said that's not an option, because you're already spoken for...... :unsure:
