I Had One Of My Weird Moments this Weekend - cLaY - 07-05-2005

I closed myself off from the rest of the world, Friday night until about 6 o clock in the evening yesterday. I had no desire to speak or see anyone all weekend. These little episodes happen about once every few months. Can't really explain it.

I happened to get out and grab a bite to eat with the ol' lady. I can't count on my hands and feet how many kids I had to stop for as they ran in the middle of the street to light their parents money on fire, while said parent is sitting on the porch drinking beer paying no attention to their child playing in the middle of the street. I need to move, get the fuck out of the city where I can be weird and not worry about what the neighbors think.

I take a hiatus about once every two or three months for an entire weekend. One where I just hang around the house (mainly my bedroom) and watch TV, play PS2, read or whatever just so I don't have to deal with people in general. This sometimes includes my family. With all the chaos from 6 kids and the wife it is good to be alone and collect my thoughts sometimes.
