Went to get some fishing shoes...

They had some $$$$ camo vans.. but they didn't have my size.

So, I ended up with the black and white checked style... I think I will order the camos though.

NICE. I had the camos back in the day. I remember we used to be able to bring in any material we wanted to the factory (about 2 miles from where I lived) and they would turn it into shoes. We took an old wetsuit there and had some neoprene ones made. It was only $20 a pair or something silly. Good times.

Wife wasn't too excited about $35 fishing shoes.... she was less excited when I told her that I was getting another pair.

She also told me that I am not allowed to wear them in public with her around. I think they call that playa hatin.

i asked the woman if i could wear mine in the wedding...no dice. my groomsmen are wearing black chucks, as am i...we finally settled on letting me wear my all black chucks.

yep..

all good though.. spent the day in them yesterday.

Put them on at 4:30 a.m. and fished in them until 3 p.m. then cleaned fish in them. Very comfortable.. happy purchase.
