I went to circuit city to buy ipod accesories last night. They suck.

White, I think. It's still in the box. iPod Nano. I bought her a temporary case until she picks out what she wants. Its Green with these flashy colored buttons stuck all over it. I also got a wall charger and car charger. So far that's all I have got. I figure I'll let her decide what add-ons she wants to get.

I'm just so glad to get it. Man, when your kid wants something for Christmas you will do just about anything to figure out how to make it happen. Parents around here are still freaking out about how to get iPods now. You could stand in front of a Best Buy here in the Dallas area right now and sell them for 100% markup right now.

Circuit City sucks or the accessories suck? My biggest problem buying the accessories is there are so many to pick from. I asked the brightest 10 year old sales clerk that they had and he would read from the packages and try to help me.

Fuck I hate that. There is nothing I hate worse than asking someone that isn't even old enough to be a baby sitter, "Do you need to buy an ink cartridge with this printer or is it in the box?". And they come over and pick up the box and start reading and saying, "I don't think so, I'm pretty sure the cartridge is in the box."

Dude, I'm not asking your fucking opinion, I'm asking if the goddamn cartridge is in the fucking box. I can read the goddamn instructions myself, if you don't know just fucking say, "I don't know".

tom hooked me up with this site, you can find any accessory you want. i'd much rather order them off the net and get what i want than pick and choose from the shit retailers have.

Circuit City had virtually zip in usable accessories. Sharper Image, HenigerSchlem...whatever... catalogs have kickass accesories for ipod. The 10yr olds these stores hire are all stoopid clockwatchers. Clay the Vajacases are cool. I'm ordering one after the holidays. I want a set of good earphones too.

Don't buy in ear plug style...just my opinion, but they kill your hearing. I have some Sony wrap around over the ear headphones that are $$$. I'd like some Bose Triports eventually.

I just bought some Sony h.ear wrap type phones they sound great. $10. at radioshack.
