I made some good stuff to eat :

entree : (first plate)

a light salad of salmon trout (some lemon and herbs atop) with hearts of artichokes in olive oil, little white asparaguses, some leafs of mixed type and sliced salad, some bits of parmesan cheese.
all nicely presented (it wasn't a full plate more some touches of every bit of said elements), accompagnied with some sesam bread.

main plate :

my yummilicious "safran & mushrooms risotto" (recipe is a secret)

Desert :

she insisted about having some ntype for dessert.

I think that she had some kind of good evening because she just sent me some text message "wonderful evening kisses bello mio"

and she still haven't tasted my other recipes hehe.
Yeah no alcool because I'm under antibiotics and it's better not to drink alcool atop'em

damn we all call the fishes with different names, I'll describe :

usually trouts got "white flesh", salmon trout got the flesh of the usual color of the salmons *orange color*

you may wonder what is the deal, only that this present as nicely as the salmon and got a taste more subtle (like all rivers/lakes fishes do compared to "sea fishes")
