Kevin McHale and Danny boy gave us a trade to discuss...

I say good move for the celts. Its always nice to get a first round pic when you are getting younger. Ricky Davis became the first player in NBA history to play at least 48 minutes, take at least 8 shots and score no points whatsoever.

Celts are trying to get younger.. they were not going to win anything with the players they had..

Nice job Danny Boy. I'd like to see Olawankandi resurge his career, prove he was a No. 1 pick.

VitE, Clay, Bird, 8... - WoolyGoat - 01-27-2006

Some think he asked to be, and may be, released...

VitE, Clay, Bird, 8... - Anhil8tor - 01-27-2006

Alot of the trade will depend on the first round pick. If they grab a high schooler ala Kwamee Brown.. it is Minny deal all the way.

Maybe they will go after a college player that can D up.. just a thought..

they do still play D in the pros right?

VitE, Clay, Bird, 8... - WoolyGoat - 01-27-2006

Orien Greene ('sup ULL?) and Tony Allen both play much better D than Ricky, so they'll get more (defensive) minutes...especially for Greene, now that Banks is gone...

VitE, Clay, Bird, 8... - Anhil8tor - 01-27-2006

Greene is a stud.. I wish they still had him. They (ULL) are struggling on both sides of the court this year. It is a down year for the cajuns.

They will however be awesome in baseball this year.

forgive me..

college baseball is really a southern tradition because of our weather.. attendance is highest across the south. I can't see whicita state pulling 5,000 fans in march..

maybe not 5000, but thats pushing it. i don't think that many can attend a game at the CWS.

Quote:
Wichita State University is ranked 10th in total Division I baseball attendance for the 2005 season, it was announced Nov. 15 by the NCAA. The Shockers had 141,927 total fans, while Louisiana State claimed the top spot in total attendance with 270,300 fans.

WSU is also ranked 13th in average attendance for 2005. The Shockers averaged 3,639 fans per game, while Louisiana State claimed the top spot averaging 7,508 fans per game.

It is the fourth-straight year that the Shockers have had at least 100,000 fans and the 2005 season ranks second in the Shocker record books in total attendance for a season.

Iowa State doesn't have baseball anymore.

Damn right. Hilton will be rocking. ISU tends to get up for KU a little more than any other team. Should be good.

Go Clones!

BC hockey is #1 in the country. Cory Schneider hasn't allowed a goal in over 200 minutes...

How many big men are in your rotation? Will they be able to stay out of foul trouble?

Russell Robinson vs. Curtis Stinson will be a matchup for the ages. I can't wait.

About 3.

Taggart, Hubalek, Marsden. 2 freshman and a soph. They sometimes put Clark inside. Clark is the most improved player on our team this year.

Foul trouble might be a problem, but they have done alright so far.

I wish I was sitting courtside. I would make a sign about you.

We've got 5 bigs who can play, can they defend or score, not all the time....but they have fouls to give and thats a plus. Thats what killed Texas A&M the other night. Hopefully we hit some free throws.

KU has always been deeper than ISU. I think Blaylock will have to have a good game. Stinson is Stinson.

Plus Hilton is a very tough place to play for visiting teams.
