2ND. My neighbours $50 1987 Honda Civic piece of shit rustbucket parked 24/7 in front of his $450,000 house is going to get torched. I hate looking at that shit. Also his fat white trash wife who burns around in spandex with the black-eyed peas blaring louder than a 16 year old would have their car stereo really sickens me. ugh. Gross.

i think banks are too lenient(sp?) in giving out loans. most of these people you speak of end up getting tossed out on their ass anyways because they can't actually afford the home's they live in.

that's exactly the kind of bullshit I'm talkin' about.
a half million dollar neighborhood and fucking twats leave their garbage cans out a day after trash day. that shit didn't happen in the $200K+ neighborhoods just a few years ago. those people bought their cribs with money they actually earned, thus they didn't live like poor fuckers.

Mine goes out in the evening and comes in in the morning. It's kinda like the trash fairies....they come in the middle of the night....but then again I ride my 4 wheeler around my yard on occassion too. I'm sure your neighborhood is ready for that.

how much can housing prices possibly drop when the neighborhood is 3 months old? the problem is that all the hoodrats in the ghetto found their <$100K shacks blow up to $300K+ within a 4 year period. so then they sell something that they barely got into in the first place and never did any maintenance on and they think they belong in a better place.

My buddy brian is a mechanic and he restores tractors as a hobby. He had this massey 140 and the dood used to drive it all over...He drove it up to my place to help me do some grading and move some boulders. afterward we had some folks join us for a BBQ. Everybody got drunk and lots of folks ended up in the pool. Dood drove the tractor home at 4 am in nothing but his boxers..

Secret - Land in Minnesota is cheap compared to the rest of the country. Roughly $1500 per acre around our place.
