Currently this job is a 3. IF I had the motivation I could make my own work, bump it up to a 5.

At its hardest, which happens a couple times a year, it is a 9.

depends on the days, when I have to deal with the lunatic boss it could be close to 100 on a 10 scale. however it's usually a 2 or 3...really no brainer...everything runs fine over there...

I want to change job to get some autistic challenges to finish
