This has to be my favorite food now. I will get a fried soft shell crab po-boy from the sandwich shop down the street..

I had a pecan incrusted fried soft shell crab.. it came with a heavy cream sauce that had Louisiana Hot sauce mixed into it.. it was awesome..

That shit is nasty.

When we were in "Nawlins eating at some fancy expensive ass restaurant I ordered some soft shell crab, not really knowing what it was. It was gross, I couldn't even eat it. I don't really like that fishy-seafood taste, so maybe that was the problem.

Softshell crabs are tasty. I love eating a softshell crab sandwich around some peeps that haven't ever seen one. The looks on their faces as you start chawing down on a sandwich with legs hanging out the sides is priceless.
