So Yesterday A Rogue Wave Took Me Out - Blueeyedwoman - 07-17-2006

And ruined my second pink Razr phone.

I was sitting on the beach minding my own business, far (I thought) from the waves when WHAM. This wall of water came bearing down like a tsunami, taking me out of my chair, ruining my Architectural Digest magazine, my tunafish sammich and my open bottle of wine. And my Razr. Again. *sigh*

Insurance gonna take care of it???? AGAIN.

Be sure to ask them about future replacements. If you've had 2 replacements in 12 months they generally will not allow a third claim, but they don't cancel the premium.

They said they'll cover it ($50 deductible) twice in one year and since this is the second, they won't cover it again. But they said they will cancel the insurance bill. I'll be watching to make sure they do. After another year has passed I'll become eligible again for insurance.

However, at my rate of phone consumption, I'll be two more phones in by then--at MY expense.

hahaha - he works at the pet store now dude.

My cell phone still works after dropping it in my pool. The battery doesn't stay charged as long (I only get 1 day now) but hey - can't complain.
