now I like gumbo as much as the next coon ass...


but I don't understand why he has to mix everything up in it. I enjoy seafood gumbo.. and chicken and sausage gumbo.. but I don't understand why throw all of it together

This gumbo has shrimp, crabmeat, chicken, sausage and okra. I think the chicken and sausage ruins the seafood aspect.

I like it that way. You gotta understand. Gumbo is one of those dishes that people use to get rid of leftovers. I like it all.

I think my favorite one is "Bohunk". That's what we call the Bohemians in Texas. The Bohemians are sort of like the Pollocks (Polish) but their last names end in "i" instead of "y".
