That's funny, because I've always heard that. I got a cramp in my calf the other night and it nearly drove me crazy. Took about 10 minutes to walk it out. I bought a bunch of bananas the next day and have been eating them to keep it from happening again.

It's true.

Back in the day, I used to do a lot of drugs.....so I never ate. Anything.

I would get cramps in my hands and feet bc of this and eat a banana when it happened. The cramp would go away instantly.
