I'll be using my discretion immediately :joff:

HR Wrote:Good afternoon,

In light of the expected snowfall and icy weather conditions, we are encouraging our employees to use their discretion and exercise good judgment regarding transportation today. We understand that with the expected snow the commute home will have many facing less than ideal driving conditions. Employees who need to leave early due to these circumstances are allowed to do so, as the safety and security of its employees are a priority to the company.

Please take all of this into consideration when making your informed decision, and most of all be safe and careful out there!
