Yes, as I said before I have been working on shit to get rid of bandwidth thieves and stuff.
I have now REMOVED such item (.htaccess) so there is NOTHING that can cause this behavior anymore here.
The reason you have to clear the friggin cookies now is to get rid of any cached directives this site have given your browser.
