I hope he sticks. I think he commands respect from the players because he was there in the trenches for so long. I hope he cleans up the organization and gets people there that are committed to putting their best effort out there.

I'm not sold that he's a football genius.He looks seriously a lot like Herm Edwards.A great motivator but a shitty strategy coach.
