I'm only telling cause I want some more abuse from bird about how old I am............

Ok for the past few weeks my left knee has been swollen. mainly the upper part. On a few occasions I even had a hard time going up stairs (my home has two floors) any hoot... I never did anything about it and basically just got use to the discomfort... I'm not one for Doctors.

Yesterday I skipped out on work and went. Turns out I tore a hamstring. My entire left leg from my toes to my upper thigh is swollen... no water in the knee, thank god...

now ask me how I did this????

outside with my niece's teaching them how to do front and back walk overs, front flips.... and last but not least... splits and straddles. I must have rocks in my head.

go ahead... get to crankling on me now Sad

I used to be a gymnast and I cannot get close to a split, walk-over or ....anything really. I can do a handstand :S

I've always remained very active until I broke my clavicle. It took me a year to put the roller blades back on... it was hard coaching inline hockey on foot.

I don't inline skate. Dangerous when drinking. I only do sports I can drink during.

well sometimes if you lack magnesium or vitamins you can end having one theses occuring, clearly you should have your blood checked or take an one week some multivitamin just in case.

anyhow I'm not doctor so go to doc have to have some blood sucked out of your veins.
