Why does her having fake tits make me bitter? I'm happy with my boobs thanks. I think it makes her bitter for not liking what she had. This is the thing I don't get. They always say "I got boobs for me" then they want to know what everyone thinks. Uhm, does it matter? If you got them for you, and you like them, why ask?

They get them because it makes them feel better about themselves when other people think they look better now because they have them so they want to feel better by knowing they like them which gives them more personal satisifaction than they had before they ahd them when they thought people didn't find them as appealing as they do now that they have them.

Well you have to kind of break the ice a little if you all the sudden walk into the room with a D cup.You can't pretend it didnt happen or that would be odd so what else can you say besides how do they look?
When you get a new hair style is that because you were bitter over your previous look?If you get your hair dyed a different color isnt your natural urge to ask people you know how it looks to acknowledge that you look different and get that out of the way?

IS there some altruistic reason for getting boobs that I am not aware of? Am I stretching it to think people get boobs job because they want their boobs, ultimately just bags of fat and tissue designed to attract attention of men, to look better?
Equating boob job with a hair cut is like apples to oranges. A hair cut costs $50 and takes 30 minutes. A boob job costs thousands and is surgical alteration of your body. Almost everyone gets their hair cut. Not true of boob jobs.
I suspect this friend got it done because her boyfriend is a few years younger and well toned, while she has had two kids. Still, I think she looked great before. Ultimately, this is low self esteem.
