I'm baptist.. but alot of people here are confused and think they can't eat meat even if they are catholic. This morning someone brought in some crawfish boudin. Its basically crawfish etouffee stuffed in artificial sausage casing. Normally boudin is made from spare parts the meat market can't use or sell... and liver is a main ingredient.

So today.. we got crawfish and rice instead of liver and ears and whatever the fuck is normally in there.
