last night. I usually send emails from my work computer to home. Last night an email came with the beginning of my email address in it. I wasn't thinking and quickly opened it. It said "SORRY"! It would not let my antivirus or firewall work at all. I had to scan my computer at panda antivirus to delete 5 of the 7 of them. Reinstall my antivirus and firewall, then delete the remaining 2 viruses.

No, earthlink. It was my stupidity for opening it. I just saw my name and thought I sent it from work. Problem is, the email address was kinda like my home email address, not works!! I clicked it, and knew right then I should have been paying attention to what it was!! ARGHH!

blah.. i got my first virus on my work computer two weeks ago.. it was called msblast..

we thought we found it and squished it in time, but we didnt.. they had to rebuild my whole system..

Mine is fixed, but I don't think I had the blaster worm. Mine was probably some punk kid with pimples on his face (ntype?)....playing around with some little pussy ass code. If it would have been the blaster worm, I'd have gotten my ass handed to me!

sometimes I wonder if Antivirus corps aren't a little bit involved in the stuff you know...it would be the perfect way to ensure "a healty business".

I've thought the same thing!! Right now I'm going out to buy a new antivirus program.
