the goal that the Bruins allowed was disgraceful...thomas going after hartnell while a shot was being taken is something you'd expect in a high school game.


for years, they've played sweet caroline iin the middle of the 8th inning at red sox games. i didn't love that lenny clarke was there singing it; it should have been more about denis leary and the worcester firefighters.

What killed me was the flyers had the puck at the goal mouth of the bruins and then immediately gave up the goal at the other end.

I forgot about the sox doing that.It sort of makes sense now but still was a terrible idea.Things were going fine without that.I shake my head at the reverence for Denis Leary.
