Well it isn't really a piercing. I've seen piercings before, this is an actual "ball" under the skin.

Seems like that's just asking for some nasty penis infection. If a dude dropped trow in front of me and had a penis like that dude's, I would throw up. Seriously. That looks far too disgusting to even think about trying it out.

True... and I admire their dedication to pleasing the female species. I just can't get over how gross it looks. I've never seen a stegosaurus penis but I'd have to imagine it looks something like that.
