My wife wants me to go on a diet. She said that I need to lose back down to 210 lbs. WTF!!!

30 lbs, you can do that easy 
I lost 35 lbs. The first 10 was by cutting out soda (I went to Diet Mountain Dew, which I am sure is toxic) and fast food.

How tall are you J-Dub? If you're below 6' then you probably do need to lose some weight.
