Not sure the NBA can fine someones mother.She's a fucking nut.She got a DUI last year and kicked out the police cruisers window and had to be maced.He told her to sit her ass down.I loved it.

I'm not sure if they can fine her, but they can fine him (because of her). They might have to build some kind of cage for her to sit in to watch the games.
