Just one way - no special software needed

When you're finished with your av.
Press Print Screen
Open MSPaint and press Ctrl-V
Then Crop off the extra crap and save the image.

Photoshop or other apps are even easier.

You're welcome. Vit E is right as well. I just choose to use alt-printscreen because then it only takes a picture of the active window, not the entire desktop.
