[BIRD33]

The apartment right next to me has been vacant for 3 months and I love it cause I'd rather have an extra parking spot and not have to talk to some random dude who moves in(I'm on the first floor).When they show the apartment I turn up the tv as loud as I can and bounce my basketball to deter anyone from renting it and so far its worked because 3 people have looked and no takers.When it snowed 2 feet the other week I shoveled my car out and piled all the snow on the front step of the empty apartment.It looked like a fucking igloo.I think they tried to show it this week but couldnt get in.
