The apartment right next to me has been vacant for 3 months and I love it cause I'd rather have an extra parking spot and not have to talk to some random dude who moves in(I'm on the first floor).When they show the apartment I turn up the tv as loud as I can and bounce my basketball to deter anyone from renting it and so far its worked because 3 people have looked and no takers.When it snowed 2 feet the other week I shoveled my car out and piled all the snow on the front step of the empty apartment.It looked like a fucking igloo.I think they tried to show it this week but couldnt get in.

I don't drink a whole lot of whisky, but as a former bartender, I can tell you it's pretty awesome. You will be able to tell the difference between the black and blue labels. If you don't want to drop the cash on the blue but want to step it up a notch from the black, the gold is nice and less than half the price of the blue--not anywhere near as good as the blue, though. I don't like the green label--I'd stay clear of that.
