Mequiers makes a a product I think it is 40 or 44 that will restore that boat to new.
It takes all the oxidation out of the paint and it does wonders for a gel-coat !
It looks great stay away from rough water and large wakes, make sure the bilge pump works and is unobstructed. with a bowrider upgrading the bilgepump to 1100 isn't outrageous. I know some folks like using boatsus but I have found Overton's to be the best boat supply people and there service is fabulous. Make sure the transome fluids are fresh and greased ! Get a fish/depth finder so you don't run a ground the bay is really shallow in some places.
Steering cable is the 1st thing to go, make sure it is greased up !
Fairiedust Wrote:Congrats Bill and much luck on your new purchase.
