toilet seats
#1

i finally got sick of the cheap plastic pooper seat in my apt and went out and bought a nice oak seat on which to enjoy my morning meditation

discuss

I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.

Better off getting a less pourous material. Heehee you will agree after a few years. BTDT, and never again. Of course you could use some Build 50, and make the top permanon-porous

I love my padded seat but as soon as it gets a crack in it I go buy a new one. I hate the people who wait till the motherfucker has like 50 cracks in it before buying a new seat.

You should've replaced your plastic bed sheets first. Unless you can no longer control your bladder pops

Bill loves the oak toilet seats but I have to recant a horrible tale....I felt the need to take a good shit one evening while at the in-laws farm house and they have one of these old toilets with the tank way up on the wall above your head.....either way...having no shame I went to stink up the toilet room and little to my knowledge did I know that the oak pieces were cracked right below the sensitive sack area.....long of the short of it...my ball sack got pinched in the toilet seat and I freaked out and in 2 seconds flat the whole house knew....I to this day have not went to the bathroom at my inlaws house....

Man glued to toilet sticks to story
Report: Plaintiff passes lie detector test

Friday, November 11, 2005; Posted: 11:53 a.m. EST (16:53 GMT)

Manage Alerts | What Is This? DENVER, Colorado (AP) -- A man who sued Home Depot claiming that a prank left him glued to a restroom toilet seat has passed a lie detector test, a newspaper reported.

The questions covered allegations that he made previous a similar claim in another town, according to a story in The Rocky Mountain News.

Bob Dougherty answered 20 questions in the polygraph test, including four related to a former Nederland town official's allegation that Dougherty made similar claims there, the newspaper story said.

Dougherty, 57, offered to take the test to dispel doubts about his story. The test, administered Wednesday, was paid for by television station KDVR.

Ron Trzepacz, former director of operations in Nederland, where Dougherty lives, said that Dougherty claimed in 2004 that he was glued to a toilet seat in the town's visitor center but pulled himself free.

Dougherty has denied that and has said he did not know Trzepacz.

Dougherty's lawsuit, filed October 28, claims that officials at the Home Depot in Louisville, Colorado, called for an ambulance after he had been stuck for about 15 minutes.

Paramedics unbolted the toilet seat, which separated from his skin, leaving abrasions, according to the suit.

The lawsuit also claims Dougherty was recovering from heart bypass surgery and thought he was having a heart attack when he got stuck.

The lawsuit claims he suffered pain, humiliation and financial losses and seeks $3 million in damages.
