Okay... I'll take a shot... I in my... ummm... 30's. I am single, but I have been dating a great guy for the past three years or so. He is, by the way MUCH younger than I, so, I would LOVE to hear from others in my same situation. Anyhow... I never could figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up, and I must've changed my major four times... now that I am "older", well, I still don't know. I have been working for one of the nation's largest banks for past three years, and I enjoy relative success there, although I am starting to experience a terrible case of wanderlust. I love the beach (nothing beats the sound of the surf at night). I have done a LOT of traveling in my lifetime, but I think Dorothy had it right all along. There's just no place like home. Smile

how did you find IT??
I realise that I have a past to break with--an accumulation of inertia, wrong, foolishness, rot, junk.  A great need of clarification, of mindfulness, or rather, of no mind.  A need to return to genuine practice, right effort.  Need to push on the great doubt.  Need for the spirit.  Hang on to the clear light.

I appreciate it. "From" is such a relative term, I think? I LIVE in Florida. I found the board by just googling around and looking for a group that sounded interesting. My first stop was FC, but I found that it moved WAY too fast for my addle, little mind. My bf is the moderator for another one, but I stay off of that one. Surprising as it may seem, there just do not seem to be a whole lot out there. This one feels... cozy? How about you? Where are you from?

I went back to school and took Industrial Engineering. I now operate and maintain a power plant in my Hometown. We managed to move out of Windsor and we just recently got married a month ago to the same girl I was dating back then.
