Yeah, the early efforts by regulars probably backfired more than it did anything else. When there "efforts" didn't pay off like they hoped, they turned and ran. Fortunately there were enough little boards with newbs needing members so bad they would take anyone, even the ones they had always hated.

The reasons people leave:

Two members (not saying who) said Bird drove them away. No shit.
Two said they get more play elsewhere.
Many have said "it doesn't move" here.
One said he couldn't follow the board (we are very cliquey)
Two said they didn't feel funny enough. Which made me laugh loudly.
