ENFIELD â â A 19-year-old man was charged with driving under the influence twice in a four hour period early Saturday morning, police said.
Alfred Drinkwater was arrested shortly after midnight on Elm Street, according to Enfield Police Sgt. Mark Squires. He posted bond soon after.
At 3:44 a.m., Drinkwater was stopped again for motor vehicle violations and charged with DUI a second time at Post Office and Oliver roads. He is still being held on bond, Squires said.
