My mom makes the best cornbread dressing. It is everyone's favorite part of the whole meal. It ain't that hard to make though.

no it's not....you just got to take the time and make the cornbread a week or two before hand.... so it has time to go stale.

Yep, I have done it with fresh out of the oven cornbread before and it gets too soft.

Looks like the little old lady down the street showed up with a homemade rum cake and a homemade hershey bar cake. Someone else brought a pumpkin pie too..
