I love the fried turkey. However, I must say I like it best on white bread with mayo and salt.
Leftovers fucking rule.

I know what you're thinking now. You think we're all gay, don't you? Think we're all just a bunch of deviant lifestyle-living same-sex having motherfuckers, am I right?

Why do you think they call it stuffing?

First of all, I don't like my turkeys with an attitude. I never have. I look for a turkey that is confident, goal oriented, intelligent, strong and outgoing. I want a turkey that is very laid back and loves to laugh (even if it's at himself). My turkey would not be looking for all the bells and whistles but a few butterflies would be nice. I want a turkey whose family would describe it as a "paper lion". My turkey would be outwardly strong but very soft inside. It would have to be generous and giving. I don't want a turkey that believes in drama, life is too short to be unhappy. If my turkey loved hockey and golf that would be a plus. I am lousy at golf but have a great time trying. I think I would want a turkey with an incredible family and amazing friends. My turkey would be able to say, "Most days", I am very happy with who I am and feel blessed to be where I am.

My ideal turkey would be very positive, have a good sense of humor and loves to laugh. I hope "that turkey" is confident, happy with who they are and where they are in life. I am not looking for a turkey who may have a tendency to be jealous, controlling or insecure. I love spending time with my family and friends and hope to find a turkey that enjoys that too. I spend my days in a sometimes fast passed environment. I would love to find a turkey I can relax with and just be me. I just want to laugh and I can usually achieve this just about any where but it would be fun to have a turkey to share it with.

If you didn't see them cooking it, you would never know that was how it was cooked. No grease. Just very very moist meat.

No, you take the whole turkey, inject it with spices and rub the outside with salt, cayene, and pepper. Then you deep fry it for about 10 min per pound (really fast). Then it comes out really brown, but once you let it rest it looks like a normal baked turkey.

But the juice is sealed inside really good.

I'd prefer it like fried chicken. But that sounds ok.

I must concur I tried the fried turkey last year at a friends house. It was extremly good and the turkey was moist. Just a bit to fatning though.
