For me, probably Johnny Got His Gun. If you've seen the video for Metallica's "One" then you've seen clips of this movie.
The most disturbing part is the absoluteness of his prison, and the ignorance of the people that end up keeping him stuck in his hell. And that his hell is his own body.

One Hour Photo...seriously. The thought of someone you know only on a one-name basis becoming that sick disturbs me. I don't talk to strangers in person anymore.

This movie was kinda disturbing and depressing at the same time.

Thats a tough question. I film can be disturbing on different levels, like graphic violence, content on taboo subjects like incest, pedophilia, etc. Or on a psychological level. So the most overall disturbing? hell I dont know...

I agree with Leu on this one that movie was fairly disturbing. It gets you thinkin.

NBK wasn't that bad. Was a good commentary on society and the media.
I was coming back in here to add another movie, but Greg beat me to it. 8mm was pretty disturbing, probably less in it being about the snuff film, and more about it being about the reaction of Nick Cage's character and the changes his character goes through.
