Those in the Mid-Atlantic region will know what I am talking about.
What the fuck is the big deal with this stuff. It tastes like fucking ass. Why do people insist on putting it on everything? And fuck that acquired taste shit. You couldnt pay me to acquire a taste for the horse ass that is Old Bay(Who am I kidding, you could pay me to do alot of things, but you know what I mean).

Adobo is my seasoning of choice. Mix it in some 75% lean burgers and $$$$$ will ensue on the grill.

G$ the worst part of living in Minnesota, the locals love bland food. Ketchup is the gold standard up here. Any spice is a welcome change.
Back in the Marines in North Carolina. I roomed with this dude named Fontenot from New Orleans (or as he said it Fah-No from Nawlins). That fukker soaked shit in any kind of hot sauce he could find. Eggs at Breakfast, any thing served at lunch or dinner. He put hot sauce on popcorn and potato chips. When he'd make gumbo or Jambalya(sp) you're eyes would burn when you opened the apartment door. He made Shrimp E'Toufe(Aye two faye) with his favorite Melinda's XXX hot sauce, fukking incredible. It was way to hot to eat but tasted to good to stop. Any way he loved Old Bay. He'd usually add crushed cayenne peppers and stuff to it. But, he alway had some on hand.

You can barely find this stuff out here on the west coast--nobody uses it except for fish.
On anything else, like beef or rack of lamb or even chicken, I love garlic pepper.
