I loved skating, although I was never that good. Hosoi was one of my favorites.

There is a skateboard in every car I own. Just in case I get stuck somewhere, or bored. I bought my son his first for his first birthday. The grand total of decks in the household is 7. 2 of his and 4 of mine and one of the wifes.

I just brought my board back out a few weeks ago. Black Label board that I haven't touched since I sprained my ankle almost 3 years ago.
Believe it or not Bill used to skate tons. kids down the road had a half pipe and another dood I used to hang with would drain his pool in the winter months...Winter in florida isn't that cold but cold enough to keep ya outta the pool. I remember having the original Powel Ripper board.....I haven't touched a skate board in years now and my surf boards have found a home hanging above my pool table.
