Its been 15 years since a pitcher with less than 300 wins made the HOF

Now take a look at todays current pitcher stats... Only glavine is close to 300 wins...

Some noteables that aren't close

Pedro Martinez (194)
John Smoltz (174)
Randy Johnson (253)
Tim Hudson (99)
Mike Mussina (221)

Sorry Jr... The "Eck" Dennis Eckersly made it last year and he only had 197 wins.

Yes Schill and The Unit will get in. There isn't a doubt in my mind that Rivera gets in on the first ballot. NO one has been better than him in the last few years..

yea he mostly made it in as a closer...but your statement said NO pitcher has made it with less than 300 wins....reliever or not...he is a pitcher......Just trying to help you out....capt. obvious :fuckYou:

he should be the frint-runner for the cy this year
