Feb 9 Theodore reportedly tested posted for a banned substance in pre-Olympic testing, the Montreal Canadiens announced Thursday. The Canadiens' goalie was on Canada's preliminary 81-man Olympic eligibility list though he wasn't selected to the final roster.
Advice: Canadiens' team doctor David Mulder said Theodore tested positive because the goalie had been taking Propecia, a hair growth stimulant, for almost eight years.
Wow... Another good reason to avoid watching hockey.
