The only saving grace about Laviolette winning the cup is that I wiped a booger in it when some of the devils had it in NYC a few years ago.
Drink deep, Petey.

They take off the bottom-most ring, and it goes into the Hockey Hall of Fame. A new ring is then placed on top. I believe it's got 25-30 years of winners' history on it.

Um, or they use them as anal guides for homos with prolapsed anusesses (sp) such as yourself. Your pick.

I'm equally as disappointed by your lack of reading comprehension as I am proud of you reading something independently.

If they didn't take a circle off, it would be about (scuse me... ABOOT) 8 feet tall by now.

I'd like to use your anus as a sleeping bag for me and my 4 sherpas when I summit Everest in 2009.

Is it my lack of reading comprehension or my lack of interest in reading about a booger filled cup?

Now North Carolina can forget hockey exists until next year during the playoffs. Makes it easier to focus on Nascar.

See that is like if the US won the World Cup....it is pretty much a sport they care little about and win it from people who live for it. ><

It's true. Hopefully over time those necks will show more interest in hockey than in diddling their little sister. Doubtful, though.

Bottom line, if Canada wants the cup back they need to field better teams. Frankly, Edmonton was a huge dark horse coming into the playoffs. Y'all were lucky to have a team in the cup at all.

No one saw Edmonton coming including themselves. Sens were marked favs to win it and some hoped the Flames would put on a repeat performance. I agree..Canadian hockey teams need to get a lot more rougher.
