I got a few puddles in the basement the first couple of days. Monday while I was at work we lost power and the sump backed up making a royal mess. I gotta install one of those battery backup things. you?

no issues...a lot of detours around my work area and home area but i seem to be living and working on higher ground...home clean up goes well and easy for you....watch for mold...:hug:

If Raiden would send me his promised BBQ recipe I could get to crackin' on my new grill. I bought a palm frond 9' patio umbrella and the ends of the fronds hang just over the edge of the BBQ. I'm pretty sure the fire department will be getting a call.
