I yelled like a mad towards some cretinic dell support dude. I told him textually that he was just fucking my time and that he was just fucken moron and that he had to do what I told him to do.
The reason ?
I give you the "full" blalbla :
me : service tag is .....
dell : ok it's an optiplex in the name of <company>
me : yeah (it's my putar been three days that I can't work here)
dell : ok I see that we replaced the motherboard already
me : yeah but it wasn't the problem the problem was coming from the RAM
dell : are you sure ?
me : yeah if I plug the faulty ram the putar goes BSOD and goes perfectly fine without
dell : ok but you told me the other day that it was working fine when you were running on the integrated gfx board (we thought that the graphic board was in cause but testing three different boards caused the same problems)
me : ok I'm not going to explain to you the subtilities inbetween the different way memory is adressed, anyhow that behavior is perfectly sensed
dell : let us do another tes..
me : ok fucken moron I am fed up of losing my time you (no direct translation possible, I mean I told the dude that I was extrememely unpleased by having to talk with him) I buy hardware and take expensive warranties and shit now I tell you that I need a fucken memory stick that should cost around 40 bucks do I have to consider that it's going to be less fucken expensive to send some dude buy one stick at the local geek shop ?
dell : ok do you want to replace one or two stick ?
me : ok send two already that we are here
dell : oops two it's not possible
